One Visit And You're on Your Way |
|
Our mission is to make gathering the required information and processing your Record of Suspension application as easy as possible. We ensure applications are complete and accurate, thereby streamlining the Record of Suspension process for you.
How our service works.
- You first contact us either by email, phone or fax where we review and assemble the biographical and personal information needed to open a client file.
- We will then prepare the necessary Record Suspension documents for your signature. For most applications, only one personal visit to our office at 737 Arlington Park Place, Kingston, ON, is required. Your Record Suspension application must include fingerprinting, which will be done in our office employing state-of-the-art digital equipment (no ink required). We'll send your picture, signature, background information and your digital fingerprints via a secure line directly to the RCMP. Once the RCMP Criminal Certificate gets back to us, we begin gathering all the additional information. This 'information gathering' phase may take from two to four months or even longer. There are many variables and each application is different. We will keep you updated on any developments.
- As soon as all the reports and records are in and your financial obligation to us has been met, the application is forwarded - via courier - to the Parole Board of Canada (PBC), in Ottawa.
- Get in touch; we'll get you on your way.
